Greg manages the overall construction operations of Keach Construction, Inc. including the establishment and implementation of policies, procedures, and organizational structure within established boundaries. Provides advice, guidance, and direction to Project Manager and Superintendent. Responsibilities also include planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, addressing complaints and resolving problems with “win-win” solutions.
Greg will provide overall preconstruction and construction project support including project management and executive management throughout the life of the project. Greg will constantly monitor the project’s process, quality and success. He will always be accessible and available for meetings whenever deemed necessary and have direct interaction with the Owner and Architect.
